ADRE was founded in 2001 by Dr. Samir Abdullah, whose vision for design excellence and project management established the foundation for what ADRE has become today. With core operations based in Dubai and a portfolio of successful projects across the UAE, including Al Ain and Sharjah, ADRE has proudly contributed to the architectural landscape of the region.

Mohammad Rachad is a seasoned leader in the construction industry, bringing over 22 years of experience in project management, contract administration, EOT claims, and dispute resolution. With senior roles at global companies like AE7 Consultant and Al Habtoor Company, he holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, along with certifications as an Arbitrator, FIDIC Certified Contract Manager, PMP, and LEED GA.
Mr. Rachad’s expertise spans arbitration, contract management, and dispute resolution, where he excels in preparing cases, managing complex contracts, and ensuring fair outcomes. His commitment to high standards and quality-driven project completions has made him a trusted leader in the field.
