Our Story

ADRE was founded in 2001 by Dr. Samir Abdullah, whose vision for design excellence and project management established the foundation for what ADRE has become today. With core operations based in Dubai and a portfolio of successful projects across the UAE, including Al Ain and Sharjah, ADRE has proudly contributed to the architectural landscape of the region.

The legacy that began with Dr. Samir’s dedication has now been carried forward by, Engineer. Mohammed Rachad Abu Sakhilah and Engineer. Najla Al Kadah, who share Dr. Samir’s commitment to quality and innovation. Building on ADRE’s strong foundation, they have expanded the company’s services by establishing a dedicated department for Contract Administration and Claims. This new division reflects ADRE’s ongoing evolution, enabling us to meet the increasingly comprehensive needs of our clients. By offering a seamless, integrated approach that spans from project inception through to operation, we ensure that every phase of the project is handled with expertise and precision.

Mohammad Rachad

With over 22 years of experience, Mohammad Rachad is a seasoned leader in Project Management, contract administration, EOT claims, and dispute resolution, specializing in the construction industry. He holds an MBA in Project Management from KEISIE International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Damascus University. Throughout his career, Mr. Rachad has accumulated a robust portfolio of certifications, including Arbitrator, FIDIC Certified Contract Manager, Certified Adjudicator, PMP, LEED GA, and CPM. He has held senior management positions in global companies, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both contractor and consultant roles through his work with organizations such as AE7 Consultant, Al Habtoor Company, and other esteemed consulting firms. Mr. Rachad’s expertise in arbitration is evident in his extensive experience as an arbitrator in multiple cases, where he has represented both claimants and respondents in arbitration and court proceedings. He is adept in case preparation, defense strategies, and claim analysis, which he applies to support arbitration and court cases effectively.

In dispute resolution, he has contributed to Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB), mediation sessions, and led resolution processes with major developers and contractors. His unbiased approach and commitment to fair outcomes have resulted in numerous successful settlements and equitable resolutions.

As a contract management specialist, Mr. Rachad is skilled in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex contracts. His focus on risk identification, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals ensures the company’s legal and contractual interests are safeguarded. His construction management experience includes overseeing high-profile projects for leading developers and contractors in the UAE, where he has ensured timely, budget-conscious, and quality-focused project completions. Through effective stakeholder collaboration, he has driven project success by implementing control measures to address potential issues proactively.

His project management and contract administration skills encompass problem-solving, decision-making, customer satisfaction, efficient project delivery, contract administration across multiple projects, and the preparation and analysis of EOT claims. Additionally, his commercial expertise extends to negotiating commercial agreements, working closely with financial and procurement teams.

Mr. Rachad’s successful management of contracts exceeding 10 billion AED highlights his ability to handle large-scale projects and complex contractual issues, establishing him as a trusted expert and leader in the industry.
